How Payments Work

For Customers

You pay the service provider directly after the job is done — cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, however you and the provider agree. Zaroorat does not process or hold customer payments.

For Providers

You top up your wallet in advance via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Our team verifies and credits your wallet, and you use the balance to unlock customer leads.

Warranty

Every Job Comes With a 7-Day Warranty

For Customers

If something related to the work goes wrong within 7 days of completion, your ustad fixes it at no extra labor charge. The price you agree on covers labor only — if the job needs extra materials, parts, or tools, that cost is yours, never the ustad's.

For Providers

You're expected to stand behind your work for 7 days after completion. Be upfront with every customer before starting: your quote is for labor, and any extra materials or tools the job needs are billed to the customer separately.
